STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The Arena has developed circuit based exercises designed for the endurance and fitness required in grappling and fighting sports. Circuit training is done by performing one exercise after another with little or No rest. Real circuit training is tough work and not for the faint hearted, it is for this reason this type of training is exclusively to look lean and stay fit.
